- Why should I register?
If you want to play for real money you need to register first. This is necessary to ensure that you are over 18 years old. Please remember that each person is only allowed to register once.
- Which data is necessary for registration?
During registration you will need to set your username and password. We will ask for some personal information including name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, date of birth and gender. For security reasons you will need to input a secret question and answer. We will use this information to identify you when you call Customer Support. Please keep in mind that we will ban and exclude users who give wrong and/or incomplete information.
- How can I register?
Choose "Register Now" in the left menu of our website. Enter the required details in the registration form and confirm that you have read and accept our Terms and Conditions. Enter the 4-digit numerical code you see on the verification image and click "Sign up". You will then receive an activation e-mail. Please check your mailbox. The e-mail may have ended up in your junk mail folder, so please check this folder as well. You need to activate your account by clicking on the link in the e-mail. Alternatively you can copy and paste the link into your browser.

- How do I log in?
You can log in by entering your username and password in the "Web user" tab on the top left corner of our website. In case you originally signed up with your mobile phone, you can log in by entering your phone number and 4-digit numerical PIN using the "Mobile user" tab on the top left corner of our website.
Deposit, Play for Real, Payout
- How can I deposit cash on my gaming account?
After login select "Deposit" in the "MY WALLET" menu on the left side. Select the deposit method of your choice and follow the instructions. All payment options are free of charge.
- Is there a limit for depositing money?
The default deposit limits are £200 per day and £1000 per month. You will need to contact Customer Support to have these limits changed. The default betting limits are £1000 per day and £5000 per month. These are the maximum total amounts you are allowed to place bets for. You can lower these limits in the "MY ACCOUNT" menu. You can also raise these limits up to the default settings. Please contact Customer Support if you wish to raise your limit beyond the default settings.
- How can I play for real money?
Select "Transfer" in the "MY WALLET" menu on the left side and transfer an amount of your choice to the Casino wallet. Or select "Total balance" to transfer the entire amount available. Now that there is money in the Casino wallet, the games will launch in "Play for Real" mode.
- Where can I find the game rules?

In the game pop-up screen of every game you will find a link called "Game Rules" in the bottom left corner. Clicking on this link opens a new pop-up with a detailed description of the game rules of that particular game. A similar link can also be found on the preview page of each individual game.
- How can I get a payout?

Select "Withdraw" in the "MY WALLET" menu and choose a payment method. You can only select a payment method you also have used to make a deposit. Alternatively we will payout your winnings via bank transfer. Please note that you can only request a payout when there is a real money balance on your wallet and all wagering requirements have been fulfilled. The minimum payout amount is £20. Up to two payouts per month are free of charge. Every further payout will be charged a service fee of £3. A payout by cheque is charged a £12 service fee for every payout.
- What is the BIC/SWIFT code?

This is the international bank identifier code of your bank. It is only required if you choose to be paid your winnings via bank transfer to your bank account. In the UK the BIC/SWIFT code is 8-11 characters long, e.g. BARCGB22XXX or LOYDGB2LXXX. You can find the correct code of your bank on your standard bank statement or by contacting your bank. Be careful when providing this code, payments will not reach your bank account if you use the wrong code.
- What is the bank sort code?

This is the local sort code of your bank. It is only required if you choose to be paid your winnings via bank transfer to your bank account. In the UK this code is six digits long, usually formatted into three pairs which are separated by hyphens (e.g. 12-34-56). Be careful when providing this code, payments will not reach your bank account if you use the wrong code.
- What is the IBAN?

This is the International Bank Account Number of your account. It is only required if you choose to be paid your winnings via bank transfer to your bank account. In the UK this is a 22-digit code and may look like this: GB35 MIDL 4025 3432 1446 70. You can find your own IBAN on your standard bank statement or by contacting your bank. Be careful when providing the IBAN, payments will not reach your bank account if you use the wrong code.
- What is the bank account number?

This is your bank account number in local format. It is only required if you choose to be paid your winnings via bank transfer to your bank account. In the UK this is a numeric code, usually 8 digits long, e.g. 12345678. Be careful when providing this number, payments will not reach your bank account if you use the wrong code.
- What is a wagering requirement?

Wagering requirements apply to deposits and in particular to bonus money awarded. After a deposit has been made, or after you have been awarded with a cash bonus, you need to place bets in excess of a certain amount before you can request a full payout. This is to avoid withdrawals being made without any actual bets having being placed.
In general all real money deposits need to be staked in a game at least twice (although, depending upon the deposit method this requirement could be up to six times), before a payout can be requested.
For all games where bonus money wagering is allowed, a minimum of a twenty-five times wagering requirement applies to all deposits & bonus money before a player may withdraw that bonus money. However, some promitions may have higher wagering requirments. You should check the terms & conditions for each specific promotion.
As an example, if you are issued a 100% cash match bonus with a 40 times wagering requirment on a £20 deposit, you must wager FORTY times (or what is specified in the promotion) the total deposit PLUS bonus amount (in this example £20 deposit plus £20 bonus x 40 = £1600) before withdrawing winnings.
If stakes are placed on nearly all potential outcomes of a game (e.g. "black/red" or "even/odd" in Roulette), these stakes do not contribute towards fulfilment of the wagering requirement. Certain other games are also excluded from the wagering requirements. Any excluded games should be mentioned in the terms & conditions.
You cannot request a payout before all deposit wagering requirements have been met. However, if these have been met and a payout is requested then any bonus awards which still have open wagering requirement attached to them will be cancelled.
